PC Neil Pattinson is being remembered by Northumbria Police Federation today on the third anniversary of his death.
Neil was 47 when he died while driving home from work after finishing duty on 27 February 2023.
Federation branch chair Nick Munnelly said: “Neil was a highly regarded and well respected police officer, and he was also much loved for the person and the colleague he was.
“His death left a huge void and continues to be felt three years on.
“Today we will remember Neil and his service, and our thoughts go to all of his family, friends, and former colleagues.”
