PFEW annual conference: members encouraged to tune in

November 11, 2025

The Police Federation of England and Wales (PFEW) will hold its annual conference next week, and members are invited to join online to follow discussions shaping the future of policing.

The two-day event, which will take place on 18 and 19 November, will cover pressing topics such as pay and conditions, mental health, and wellbeing, bringing together Federation leaders, experts, and policymakers.

Chair of Northumbria Police Federation Nick Munnelly described the conference as ‘an invaluable opportunity for members to engage with the key debates and hear directly from national leaders.’

Annual Conference

He said: “I’d encourage as many of our members as possible to log on and view some, if not all, of next week’s annual conference. It’s a key event for the Federation, and a good opportunity for members to gain a greater understanding of the current challenges, hurdles and issues policing is facing.”

Hosted by Ian Collins and supported by Slater and Gordon, the event opens with a keynote from Tiff Lynch, followed by sessions featuring Mukund Krishna and the presentation of national awards for excellence.

Day two continues with a focus on officer wellbeing, the #SimplifyDG6 campaign, and a live Q&A.
Members can watch live or later on the PFEW YouTube channel.
