Northumbria Police Federation have exclusive use of a Holiday Lodge at White Cross Bay in Windermere. The Holiday lodge is available to hire by Police Officers, Police Staff and Retired Police Officers'

The site is located on the banks of the lovely Lake Windermere, and boasts a Gym, Heated Indoor Pool, Sauna, Family Lounge Bar (with weekend entertainment), Takeaway, Tennis Court and Boat Launching facilities. The site is suitable for all ages.

The Lodge itself is a 40 x 20 foot 6 berth 'Heritage Tranquility' with 2 bedrooms (main bedroom with ensuite), as well as a sofa bed in the living room. With central heating with combi boiler and radiators, the Lodge is also fully double glazed. Gas and electricity are provided free or charge, and complimentary Wi Fi is also available.

There is a fully fitted kitchen, stocked with all necessary crockery and utensils, a washer/drier, dishwasher, fridge freezer, TVs, DVD player, barbecue and patio set. All linen and towels are provided free of charge. Dogs are permitted at an additional charge of £40 per dog (maximum 2 dogs).

BOOKING PROCEDURE

Please note that at peak periods (Easter/Christmas/Half Term), preference will be given to 7 night bookings

In the interests of fairness, bookings will be limited to one per member, per year. With this in mind, please remember to visit the site regularly to check future availability.

A 20% Deposit is required on booking. The full amount payable is if within 8 weeks of holiday.

Cancellation, a 50% refund can be claimed up to 56 days before arrival if full payment has been made.

Dogs are permitted at The Lodge at a charge of £40 per dog, a maximum of 2 dogs at any one time.

Hiring hot tubs and similar items for use at the property is strictly prohibited

Cancellation of the Group Insurance Scheme before your holiday will automatically cancel your holiday and subsequently forfeit any payment made.
