Situated on an elevated position at Wandylaw near Chathill, the Stables development is less than half a mile from the A1 and is within easy reach of Berwick and Edinburgh to the north, and Alnwick, Morpeth and Newcastle to the south. The nearest railway station is Alnmouth, with direct links to East Coast line stations; Newcastle Airport is a mere 45 miles away.

The Stables
The main dwelling (The Stables) has four bedrooms - a generous master bedroom with three other bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom. There is an extensive lounge/dining room, open plan kitchen and breakfast room, separate utility room, as well as a luxurious family bathroom.
An inner coutyard can be accessed directly both from the kitchen and master bedroom, providing sheltered seating and al fresco dining opportunities.
Bookings are for 7 nights only, Saturday to Saturday and, in the interests of fairness, are limited to one week per Healthcare Scheme Member.
Wandylaw Cottage
The smaller property, Wandylaw Cottage, is a self-contained annex with an open plan sitting room, dining room and kitchen, two generous bedrooms and a luxury bathroom.
Although the cottage has separate access, it can also be rented in conjunction with the Stables to accommodate larger parties.
Externally, there is enclosed, cobbled parking area and large lawned garden with breathtaking views of the Northumberland countryside.
Bookings are for 7 nights only, Saturday to Saturday and, in the interests of fairness, are limited to one week per Healthcare Scheme Member.
Terms and Conditions of Booking
20% (non-refundable) deposit required to secure all bookings; full amount payable within 8 weeks of arrival
Cancellation, a 50% refund can be claimed up to 56 days before arrival if full payment has been made.
Dogs are permitted at The Stables at a charge of £40 per dog, a maximum of 2 dogs at any one time. No dogs are permitted in Wandylaw Cottage
In the interest of fairness, bookings are limited to one per member per year, subject to availability.
Hiring hot tubs and similar items for use at the property is strictly prohibited
Cancellation of National Police Healthcare Scheme before your holiday will automatically cancel your holiday and subsequently forfeit any payment made.
