The Old Byre is a charming, tastefully designed stone built barn conversion at Wandylaw Farm in the beautiful Northumberland countryside.

Situated on an elevated position at Wandylaw, near Chathill, the Old Byre is less than half a mile from the A1 and is within easy reach of Berwick and Edinburgh to the North and Alnwick, Morpeth and Newcastle to the South.

The Old Byre has three bedrooms - ensuite master, a further double bedroom and a single bedroom - and a family bathroom. Externally, there is a landscaped garden with patio area enabling guests enjoy an alfresco dining experience. There is also a large paved parking area to the front of the property.

BOOKINGS

We are now pleased to offer the following breaks at the Old Byre:

7 Nights (Friday to Friday)
4 Nights (Monday to Friday)
3 Nights (Friday to Monday)
Please note that at peak periods (Easter/Christmas/Half Term), preference will be given to 7 night bookings.

Check in is 4 pm on the day of arrival, and checkout 10 am on the day of departure.

All bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided.

Terms and Conditions of Booking

20% (non-refundable) deposit required to secure all bookings; full amount payable within 8 weeks of arrival

Cancellation, a 50% refund can be claimed up to 56 days before arrival if full payment has been made.

In the interest of fairness, bookings are limited to one per member per year, subject to availability.

Hiring hot tubs and similar items for use at the property is strictly prohibited.

Cancellation of the Group Insurance Scheme before your holiday will automatically cancel your holiday and subsequently forfeit any payment made.
